Signs Your HeatShield Crown Repair Is Failing

• Hairline cracks appearing in the crown surface. This is the first sign. The original HeatShield material has lost its flexibility over years of North Bergen freeze-thaw cycles, and the topcoat has finally been breached.
• Pieces of crown material in your gutter or on the roof. When actual chunks are spalling off, the repair has progressed past crack-sealing. The material is delaminating from the concrete below.
